PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glossing cosmetic giving an oil-type gloss finish and a pearl-type gloss finish by a single cosmetic. SOLUTION: The cosmetic has a double-layer structure composed of (1) a 1st layer composed of a liquid oil-and-fat layer and (2) a 2nd layer composed of a viscous oil-and-fat layer or an oily gel layer heavier than the liquid oil-and-fat layer. Preferably, the 1st layer contains a glitter and the 2nd layer contains titanium mica and used by varying the kind of a lustering agent. In other word, the 1st layer is preferably transparent and the 2nd layer is preferably a translucent or opaque layer having a pearlescent appearance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
