PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a relatively low-viscosity fluid which keeps high-specific gravity particles such as gold foil in a floating state, provide a beautiful impression by the floating particles due to visibility and is useful in a skin cosmetic and decorations. SOLUTION: The fluid is obtained combining a water-soluble derivative of glycyrrhizic acid with an organic acid and has proper viscosity to disperse and float gold foil. Namely, the fluid is obtained by dispersing and floating the particles such as gold foil discriminable by visual observation into an aqueous base containing 0.05-0.5% of the water-soluble derivative of glycyrrhizic acid and 0.05-2.0% of the organic acid. The dispersed floating particles do not settle even if allowed to stand and provide a beautiful impression due visibility. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
