PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass-gathering device preventing mowed grass escaped from a gap between a grass-gathering duct and a grass-gathering container from being scattered on a site except a mowed grass-leaving area. SOLUTION: The mower has the grass-gathering duct 6 for guiding the mowed grass from a mower unit to the grass-gathering container 5, a gate frame 7 arranged on a boundary face between an outlet part 6B of the grass-gathering duct and an opening part 50a of the grass-gathering container, and a turning structure for turning the grass-gathering container between a grass-gathering posture and a grass-discharging posture. A bottom plate 63 of the outlet part of the grass-gathering duct is arranged so that the mowed grass leaked from the gate frame region may be received when the grass-gathering container is in the grass-gathering posture, and the bottom plate is constituted so as to be displaced to a tilted posture when the grass-gathering container is turned from the grass-gathering posture to the grass-discharging posture.
