PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable body fluid absorbent pad to be stuck to the skin of a wearing person not via underpants and without troublesomeness in wearing. SOLUTION: This disposable body fluid absorbent pad 1A includes: a permeable front surface sheet 2; an impermeable back surface sheet 3; a fluid absorbent core 4 held between the sheets 2, 3; and band pieces for pulling the pad 1A in the longitudinal direction. The band pieces are constituted of a pair of first and second band pieces 12a, 12b which are arranged at the both side edges 7, 8 of the pad 1A, and extended outward in the longitudinal direction from the end edge part 5 of a front area 9. The band pieces 12a, 12b includes: inner fixing parts 15, 18 fixed to the front surface sheet 2; outer fixing parts 16, 19 fixed to the back surface sheet 3; and grip parts 17, 20 extending between the inner fixing parts 15, 18, and the outer fixing parts 16, 19.
