PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing fastener quickly sealable and to provide a package using therewith. SOLUTION: This sealing fastener is characterized in that a first slider 3 and a second slider 12 are disposed in series in the side of one fixing end 6 of a pair of fastener element lines 5 with the first slider 3 as the front position, the first slider 3 is so constituted as to be movable only in the direction of closing the fastener or to obstruct the movement in the direction of opening the fastener, when the fastener element lines 5 are closed and moved in the side of the other fixed end 17, and the second slider 12 is constituted to open/close the fastener and is temporarily fixed to the side of one fixed end 6 by a temporary fixing plate 15.
