PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To at least double efficiency in attaching fabrics to the first clamp at the attachment position. SOLUTION: Fabrics 20 are attached to the first clamps 13, 14 at the attachment position, and the first clamps 13, 14 move to the delivery position to deliver the fabrics 20 from the first clamps 13, 14 to the second clamps 37, 38 at the delivery position. The device has a pair of guide rails 11, 12 extending from the attachment position to the the delivery position, are apart right and left at the bottom and adjacent almost to the same position. The second clamps are mounted on both sides of a pair of the guide rails 11, 12 provided adjacently on the top. The fabrics 20 transferred with the first clamps 13, 14 moving along the guide rails 11, 12 by the driving part are delivered to the second clamps 37 and 38. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
