<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting member for a process means, an electrifying device, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus realizing formation of an image of high quality by preventing dust fluff attached to the reciprocating process means from affecting an image. <P>SOLUTION: The supporting member 12 supporting the process means 3g and 3h acting on an image carrier 2 reciprocable in the longitudinal direction of the image carrier 2 is constituted of an electrifying preventing member or in a constitution provided with the electrifying preventing member so that a space between the supporting member and an electrophotographic process carrying-out part brought close thereto is shielded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
