<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high power factor type inverter device which feeds output of a power supply circuit to an inductive load by converting it to high frequency. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter device is provided with flywheel diodes 72, 74 connected in reverse parallel with a pair of capacitors 12, 14 for an arm and switching elements 62, 64. Also, a half-bridge type inverter circuit is formed with the capacitors 12, 14 and the switching elements 62, 64. Each end of the inductive load 50 and an auxiliary capacitor circuit 20 is connected to the mid-point between the switching elements 62, 64 and the capacitors 12, 14. A rectification power supply 30 to full-wave-rectify an AC power supply 31 voltage is provided. A DC positive pole side terminal DP of the rectification power supply 30 is connected to a positive pole side terminal of the circuit of both switching elements 62, 64. A DC negative pole side terminal DN is connected to a negative pole side terminal of the circuit of both switching elements 62, 64. Further, a first AC side terminal A1 is connected to the mid-point between a first capacitor 22 and a second capacitor 24 of the auxiliary capacitor circuit 20. A second AC side terminal A2 is connected to the mid-point between a third capacitor 26 and a fourth capacitor 28. By this, AC side terminal potential becomes variable. Power from an AC power supply is fed and a high power factor is obtained. As a result, a high power factor can be realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
