PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the charged service of electric power freely to anyone while allowing easy installation anywhere as long as a power line is led in, with the possibility of carrying in equipment in need of power supply.

SOLUTION: This electric power selling system apparatus has a switching means 3 disposed between a power input means 1 and a power output means 2; a power supply control means 6 for controlling the supply state of power to the power supply object equipment; a measuring means 6 for measuring the service time or electric energy of charged electric power supplied to the power supply object equipment; a computing means 6 for computing a charge corresponding to the measured value of the service time or consumption of the charged electric power; and information output means 9-13 and 16-21 for transmitting information on the charge of the charged service to the outside.
