<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflation bulb having a lip structure formed in one-piece with the inflation bulb instead of a conventional gas valve. <P>SOLUTION: The inflation bulb 200 suitable for a hemodynamometer has a gas inlet end 210 and a gas outlet end 220. An almost flat lip part 212 projects inwardly from the inside of the gas inlet end. The lip part defines a gas inlet opening and the external air enters the inflation bulb from the opening. The gas outlet end has a gas outlet opening which is connected to a gas intake tube. When the inflation bulb is pressurized, the lip part closes the gas inlet opening and the air inside is extruded from the gas outlet opening. When the inflation bulb is relieved from pressure, the inflation bulb returns to its original state and the lip part opens the gas inlet opening. A pressurization belt of the hemodynamometer is inflated by repeating pressurization and relief of the inflation bulb. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
