<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycombed adsorption rotor to which desorbing air at a high temperature can be sent. <P>SOLUTION: This honeycombed adsorption rotor is provided with spokes 4 each extending from a boss 3 to an outer peripheral ring 5, honeycombed bodies 2 each of which has a gas adsorbing action and is arranged between the adjacent spokes 4 and heat shielding plates 6 each of which is arranged on the end face of each of the bodies 2 for preventing the circulation of the air near each of the spokes 4. Therefore, the heat of the desorbing air at a high temperature is not transferred to the spokes 4 since the desorbing air is not made to pass near the spokes 4. In other words, the exfoliation between the spoke 4 and the body 2 can be prevented since the thermal expansion of the spoke 4 can be made small. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
