PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain satisfactory optical performance without causing an increase in the size of a camera nor an increase in cost in a digital camera. SOLUTION: A plurality of elastic terminals 12 projecting toward a camera substrate 17 are provided in a CCD package 5, a plurality of terminal holes each provided with an electrical contact 13 are provided on the camera substrate 17, each of the elastic terminals 12 is inserted into each terminal hole to be respectively brought into elastic contact with the electrical contact 13, and a CCD 5a is electrically connected to a signal processing circuit on the camera substrate 17.
