PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic module, inhibiting increase in resistance value and increase in terminal region, in an electronic module adopting a substrateless method, and to provide a drive circuit board used for it. SOLUTION: An electronic module 100 has an electronic circuit board 71 and a plurality of drive circuit boards 73, packaged adjoining to each other along an x direction in the terminal region 78 of the electronic circuit board 71. A plurality of drive circuit boards 73 are electrically connected with each other, and all of the electrical connection of the adjacent drive circuit boards is formed on the board terminal that is provided in the electronic circuit board.
