PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closely grasp the state of a game machine varying with time by identifying the state of an unidentified type. SOLUTION: This device for identifying the state of the game machine is characterized in having an antenna receiving electromagnetic waves radiated by the game machine, a storage device storing the state of the game machine by linking with the electromagnetic waves radiated by the game machine under the state and a means searching the electromagnetic waves approximating to the received electromagnetic waves from the storage device and identifying the state of the game machine.
