SELF-ADHESIVE FILM AND ITS USING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a using method dispensing with a washing step with a solvent after a plating treatment thereby decreasing environmental loads. SOLUTION: The self-adhesive film has a self-adhesive layer on one surface of a substrate layer, where the self-adhesive layer is mainly composed of an olefin polymer and has a storage elastic modulus G' of at least 0.1 MPa at 80°C and at least 1 MPa at 20°C. The use of the self-adhesive film leaves no paste and decreases environmental loads. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
