PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain processed drink and food of vegetable seeds intended for developing the use of rapeseeds and sesame seeds as food.

SOLUTION: The processed drink is obtained by bursting plant seeds through pressurizing/heating and extracting the components of the seeds in hot water or water. The processed food is obtained by impregnating the seeds before or after extracting with flavoring, luxury food, spices for seasoning.
