METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING WORKING PROGRESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a project manager to grasp the delay of work at an early stage and to efficiently perform schedule control work.

SOLUTION: A working schedule registering part 123 in a system 104 registers working schedule data 113 obtained from a client 102 in a working schedule information database 109 and registers the data 113 also in a schedule information database 107. A reservation/progress information registering part 117 sets working schedule progress information 112 in the database 107. A working delay decision part 118 decides whether the working schedule is delayed or not on the basis of the progress information. The working schedule registering part 123 updates the working schedule information stored in the database 109 and the working schedule stored in the database 107 on the basis of a control pattern prepared by a control pattern preparation part 119 when the work schedule is delayed.
