SLIDE MEMBER AND SHOE SOLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning member for a shoe sole reducing a load on the muscle and bone, which is caused by horizontal reaction force from the ground independently of buffer in the Z direction.

SOLUTION: The slide member has an upper slide surface and a lower slide surface, and the lower slide surface is disposed under the upper slide surface so as to slide at least in two directions. The upper and lower slide surfaces are provided as the lower side of an upper slide plate 3 and the upper side of a lower slide plate 2 of two similar shapes, respectively. One of the two slide surfaces is provided with at least one protruded part engaged with a recessed part corresponding to the other slide surface to restrict sliding movement of one slide surface relative to the other slide surface.
