<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a related document group 21 and its production operations from the start to the end, after its production. <P>SOLUTION: A document management system is provided with; a means 26 which selects a symbol for specifying each document, regarding a plurality of documents 21 to be collectively managed; a means 25 that classifies each document 21 at least into two categories and generates document management information, which is arranged in the two-dimensional direction so that the symbol is arranged on the corresponding coordinates with its vertical axis for one category and its horizontal axis for the other category, on the basis of the classification; and a means which displays the document management information thus produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
