PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable starting enlargement display processing for enlarging and displaying a part of reduced image data for normal display at a part stored at the time of the last enlargement display processing. SOLUTION: A main control unit 110 determines a processing mode of enlargement display processing (S605). When the processing mode is a mode A, the enlargement display processing starts at a center image block. When the processing mode is a mode B, the enlargement display processing starts at an image block corresponding to a block number stored at the time of the last enlargement display processing.
