PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like thermosetting resin molding material having excellent moldability with which a thermosetting resin molding excellent in mechanical strength can be produced. SOLUTION: A phenol resin and organic fibers (preferably aramid fibers) are mixed and kneaded as indispensable components, and the mixture is crushed. Since the crushed mixture is bulky, it is accumulated and compressed into a strip molding material. The molding is obtained by hot press-molding the molding material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
