PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a sliding part which prevents reduction of sealing property, prevents harmful effect which deteriorates slidability, and is easily processed and assembled. SOLUTION: In this sealing structure of the sliding part, sealing between a fixed member H and a movable member R is performed by an annular groove 2 arranged to the fixed member H or the movable member R, and an O ring 1 which is provided in the annular groove 2 and to which a fluid pressure PS is applied from one or both sides. In this sealing structure, one or both of side surfaces 2a and 2c of the annular groove 2 are inclined to a direction inside the annular groove 2, and a distance between opening ends of the respective side surfaces 2a and 2c is more than a diameter of the O ring 1.
