PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation/settlement/differential settlement preventive construction method and structure for a wall face material for stabilizing a slope surface and by which rotation, settlement, or differential settlement during and after the work execution can be extremely reduced and the work execution time does not become long and the sloped surface can be greened. SOLUTION: In a fill slope surface construction method and structure using a latticed or reticulated wall face material for stabilizing the slope surface constituted of a horizontal underside flat face part and a vertical face erected in an acute angle from the underside flat face part, a tabular member having a rigidity in some extent preventing the fill materials from passing through is installed below the underside of the tabular part of the wall face material.
