PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill part structure of an automobile with an intercooler capable of improving outside air intake performance and reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: In this grill part structure of the automobile with the intercooler in which a front grill 4 for taking outside air in as a suction port is provided on a front face of a vehicle body and an air duct 13 for leading outside air into the intercooler 5 is arranged on a rear part side of the front grill 4, an air leading cover part 8 collecting outside air during running is integrally provided in a front part of the air duct 13 to constitute an air duct 7 with an air leading cover. The air leading cover part 8 of the air duct 7 with the air leading cover is arranged to shut off visibility into the inside of an engine room 3 from a clearance of the front grill 4.
