PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart decorative properties or design effect to a light transmittable electromagnetic shield sheet in addition to light transmittance and an electromagnetic shield capacity so as to be applicable to the window or the like of a building. SOLUTION: A decorative layer 3 expressing a pattern is further provided to the light transmittable electromagnetic shield sheet 10 wherein a shield layer 2 is laminated on a transparent substrate 1 comprising PET or the like by an adhesive layer 4 or the like. As the decorative layer 3, it is preferable to use at least one of a combination use type decorative layer 3A expressing the pattern by the pattern itself of a shield pattern layer 2A being a patternwise shield layer, a position synchronizing type decorative layer 3B not being the shield layer but positionally synchronizing in the pattern of the shield pattern layer and the pattern and an independent decorative layer 3C independent of the shield layer. The position synchronizing type decorative layer is easily produced by using a color resist when the shield pattern layer is formed by etching a conductive metal foil and diverting the resist pattern thereof.
