PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an exercise training machine allowing a user to train the body while adjusting a load by himself/herself and confirming an aerobics state. SOLUTION: This control device of the exercise training machine is provided with a loading means applying the variable load to an exerciser, an input means for inputting information and an instruction for every private exerciser, a means setting an exercise range from the information inputted for every private exerciser, a vital signal detecting means detecting a vital signal for detecting the state of the body of the exerciser, a load adjusting means lowering the load of the loading means to the lowest level when the vital signal goes out of a prescribed appropriate range, a determination means prescribing the preset exercise range in a value of the vital signal and determining that the vital signal is within the exercise range, and a display means displaying that the exercise within the range is performed, if the exercise load is within the preset exercise range.
