摘要 The invention relates to the preparation of stable suspensions of poorly soluble or insoluble organic compounds, especially pharmaceutical active ingredients, diagnostic substances or substances for supplementing food. According to the invention, particles which are produced by means of known grinding methods, precipitation methods or crystallisation methods and have an average diameter of less than 5 ñm are stabilised by means of a capsule envelope which is constructed, step-by-step, by up to 8 layers of oppositely charged polyelectrolytes. In addition to said polyelectrolytes, said envelope can contain likewise charged amphiphiles and prevents any significant delay in the diffusion of dissolved active ingredient molecules from the capsule, due to the special relation between the thickness of the envelope and the permeability thereof. Said capsules ensure that the release of the active ingredient is significantly faster than the active ingredient dissolution from the state of a powder free of auxiliary agents. Said capsules or the stable suspensions thereof can be used to prepare novel pharmaceutical preparations, and especially to produce rapidly decomposing lyophilisates, films and tablets.
