Method for preparing a storage medium issued in conjunction with an admission authorization, e.g. a CD-ROM issued with an authorization pass or ticket for a function or hotel room, said storage medium containing information relating to the function or room. At least a part of the information stored on the medium is individually selected by the person to whom the pass is issued. An Independent claim is made for an admission authorization, e.g. for a function or hotel room, that comprises an additional storage medium. The storage medium contains information relating to, e.g. a performance, with the information only released when an entrance fee has been paid.
