A gaming machine has at least two inter-linked play-devices of which at least one is a coin-operated gaming machine (1)with a control device (9) with internal data memory (10) which is joined interaction-free to a central computer. The control unit (9) of each gaming machine is connected at the interaction-free interface with a read-out device (11) having a temporary store via which the connection to the central computer results.
