<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately specify a function unit failed in technical equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In order to support the specification of a function unit (17) failed in the technical equipment (3) having a plurality of function units (9), a 1st test is performed in the equipment (3), measurement is performed in the equipment (3), a 1st result (5)is supplied, an the 1st test result is automatically processed by using a test model collecting information concerned with which function unit is tested and a system model (31) collecting information concerned with which structure is included in the equipment (3).
