<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode module with high heat radiation and to provide its substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting diode display module has the substrate 20 which has high heat radiation, and a plurality of light emitting diodes and an electronic device which are mounted on the substrate. The substrate 20 has an insulating layer 22 formed on a metal plate surface, and is further provided with a copper circuit layer on the insulating layer 22. This copper circuit layer is used to join a light emitting display device. The insulating layer 22 is formed of a material with excellent heat conductivity, specially, metal oxide having a larger conduction coefficient than resin or fiber. Thus, the display module uniformly diffuses caloric value to the whole circuit plate and also speedily dissipates it into ambient air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
