PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reliable and stable operation by correctly judging step-out when driving an inverter controller of a motor that comprises a means for judging step-out, by correcting the difference of inter-phase detection gains of an amplifier provided in a current detection circuit of multiple-phase and detecting secondary frequency component in terms of electric angular frequency of q-axis current.

SOLUTION: A motor coil current detecting means detects currents of a plurality of phases flowing a motor. A means acquires an excitation current component (d-axis current) and a torque current component (Q-axis current) from the motor coil current. A means calculates a real axis component or imaginary axis component of the secondary frequency from the q-axis current in terms of electric angular frequency. A means corrects the difference in detection gains between a plurality of phases comprising the motor coil current detecting means from the real axis component or imaginary axis component of the secondary frequency of the q-axis current.
