摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantitatively determining a target nucleic acid, capable of simply determining the target nucleic acid in a sample, especially a virus genome or an mRNA, a nucleic acid used for the same, a probe-immobilized substrate, an assay kit and a method for detecting virus. <P>SOLUTION: This method for quantitatively determining the target nucleic acid is provided by competitively amplifying a sample nucleic acid and in a plurality of concentration standard substances containing sequences homologous to each of &ge;2 target sequences contained in the target nucleic acid except for a part of the sequences, by using the target sequence, concentration standard substances corresponding to it and the same primer set, and determining the amplified substances obtained by the above for each of the kinds of the sequences. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
