<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a menu selectable test program tool for allowing even an inexperienced engineer to make a test pattern program in a short period in a generating method and the device of the menu selectable test program tool, and a device thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises a CPU 10 for controlling the whole operation, a main storage device 11 connected to the CPU 10, a display 12 connected to the CPU 10 and displaying a menu image screen, a menu file 21 and a storage device 20 including a joining tool 25 for joining data inputted or selected from at least one test pattern program and the menu image screen to one of the respective test pattern programs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
