PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently do a chemical reaction by using a specific action shown to a molecule in which a micro-channel is supported on fluid. SOLUTION: When two or more kinds of reactants reacting mutually are subjected to a chemical reaction, reactant molecules are supported on the fluid to be supplied to the micro-channel, and the chemical reaction is done efficiently by using an action for changing the molecular structure of the micro-channel, molecular orientation, or the distribution state of molecules in a solution.
