PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To neatly integrate internal finishing materials made of different materials with a circumference part of a main body of a synthetic resin component formed by blow-molding. SOLUTION: To form the synthetic resin component by blow-molding, firstly, a skin material is laid in parallel with a required position such as a lower surface of a circumference of a base material made of a synthetic resin material. Next, the synthetic resin material is mounted onto a mold and the synthetic resin component is blow-molded. Since the skin material is placed in parallel with a required position before forming the synthetic resin material, the skin material conforms to the formed component by melting and integrating itself into the synthetic resin material with inflectional responses.
