PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolution evaluating chart for a fluorescence microscope to be used for objectively, quantitatively and accurately evaluating the imaging performance of the fluorescence microscope. SOLUTION: The resolution evaluating chart for the fluorescent microscope to be used for evaluating the imaging performance of the fluorescence microscope comprises a luminescent thin film 2 containing a fluorescent material, formed on a substrate 1 with a luminescence center and a non-luminescent portion 3 formed on the luminescent thin film 2 by destroying the luminescence center.
