PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method for allowing a negative specimen to indicate a 0 value in an analysis by a cut-off index value (COI value) in an immunological measurement method. SOLUTION: When the COI value is set to be a value obtained by a calculation for dividing a value obtained by subtracting the amount of reaction in negative control from the amount of reaction in the specimen by a value obtained by subtracting the amount of reaction in the negative control from the amount of reaction in cut-off control, a sensitizer such as dextran is added to the negative control used for measurement to increase the measurement value of the control, thus setting the COI value to 0 when the target to be measured in the specimen is negative.
