PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substitutable refrigerant composition capable of maintaining the performance thereof without a danger of destructing an ozone layer and without changing a conventional refrigerating circuit, and to provide a refrigerating circuit using the same. SOLUTION: The refrigerant composition is composed of R245fa(CF<SB>3</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>CHF<SB>2</SB>), R125(CHF<SB>2</SB>CF<SB>3</SB>), R508A(R23/R116:39/61) and R14(tetrafluoromethane:CF<SB>4</SB>). With this composition, a danger that this refrigerant composition destructs the ozone layer is eliminated, and since the refrigerant composition is incombustible, even if the refrigerant is leaked, a danger of burning is prevented.
