PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the weight of a heated matter even when a door of a heating unit is opened after the termination of heating to take out the heated matter, and a next heated matter is put therein. SOLUTION: A regulator body is closed when the door of the heating unit is opened, the output of a differential pressure sensor is read out, and a measured value is stored. The measurement is repeated until the door is closed. As the measured value obtained when the heated matter is not accommodated is lowest, it is determined as a reference value. The weight is measured, after the heated matter is accommodated and the door is closed. The weight of the heated matter is calculated on the basis of the measured value and the reference value, and a heating time is determined on the basis of the weight. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
