PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the wear of a silent chain and a sprocket wheel for reducing noise. SOLUTION: A silent chain transmission gear comprises: a silent chain 10 where a link plate (11A or the like) having a pair of gear tooth sections 12 formed by a specific number of inner flanks 13 and outer flanks 14 are connected endlessly by a connecting pin 16; and the sprocket wheel 20 having a specific number of gear tooth sections 22 that are engaged to each gear tooth section 12 in the silent chain 10. In the silent chain transmission gear, the inner flank 13 and the outer flank 14 in each link plate (11A or the like) are in an arc shape having the same radius (ρ) having an individual center (d1 or the like) on each chain pitch line PL. Each gear tooth section 22 in the sprocket wheel 20 is in an arc shape being recessed inward corresponding to the inner flank 13 or the outer flank 14 in each link plate (11A or the like) that each gear tooth part 22 is engaged to.
