PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus allowing a power source to be turned on and off only at a predetermined position of a signal level, in an apparatus wherein the signal level is changed by rotating a rotary knob, and the power source is turned on and off by pressing the rotary knob part. SOLUTION: This electronic apparatus is provided with: a panel 5 fixed on a surface of a body; a switch and volume part 4 for changing a resistance value of an inside variable resistor by rotation of a shaft 401 and for turning on/off the supply of power by axially moving the shaft; the rotary knob 3 provided with a penetrating through-hole 303, fixed to the shaft and rotating; and a cylindrical part 12 installed between the rotary knob part and the switch and volume part and having a hole for inserting the shaft. The rotary knob part is used for fixing, in the through-hole, a transmission member 1 equipped with a projecting part 101 projecting to a surface facing to the cylindrical part. The cylindrical part is provided, on a surface facing to the rotary knob part, with a recessed part 122 fitted to the projecting part and having a color different from that of the surface of the cylindrical part.
