PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a fire sensor to be connectable with a sprinkler head, and to save wiring. SOLUTION: This dwelling house information panel/disaster preventive monitoring system is provided with a setting switch 16 for setting installation of the fire sensor 3 or the sprinkler head 8, a plurality of input terminals, and a fire alarm control part. The fire alarm control part is functioned as a system for the fire sensor 3 by the setting by the switch 16 to read an input signal in the input terminal as a fire detection signal, a toilet call signal and a bath call signal, or functioned as a system for the sprinkler head 8 to read the input signal in the input terminal as the fire detection signal, a sprinkler jetting signal and a sprinkler inspection signal.
