PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever supporting base for an opener device capable of being mounted on the side face of a vehicle or on the floor surface and assuring easy installation when mounted on the floor surface. SOLUTION: The lever supporting base of the opener device has a first side face confronting part 203 confronting the side face of the vehicle and a first floor surface confronting part 207 confronting the floor surface of the vehicle, wherein the first side face confronting part is furnished with a slitted cylindrical part 211 while the first floor surface confronting part 207 is furnished with a first base 201 provided with a second through hole 221, a second side face confronting part 303 to abut to that surface of the first side face confronting part of the first base 201 which is positioned opposite the surface confronting the side face of the vehicle, and a second floor surface confronting part 307 to abut to that surface of the first floor surface confronting part of the first base which is positioned opposite the surface confronting the floor surface of the vehicle. The second side face confronting part 303 is furnished with a flange engagement part which is engaged with a flange on a pin to be inserted into the first through hole 209 in the cylindrical portion of the first base and prohibits movement of the pin in the axial direction while the second floor surface confronting part 307 is formed with a second base 301 provided with a third through hole 341 confronting the second through hole in the first base.
