PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sentence processing system for easily and quickly disclosing information on a Web without requiring special software and hardware. SOLUTION: A sentence writer transmits mail of recording a category code 33, a sentence title 35, the possibility 37 for inserting a contributor, a command code 39 and a password 41 in a subject matter part to an exclusive account box 7 by using a sentence writer terminal 3 for making the mail. When a mail confirming part 11 confirms newly arrived mail, a mail processing part 13 analyzes a subject matter of the newly arrived mail, and executes processing designated for the subject matter of the mail such as authentication of the subject of the sentence writer and disclosure of a sentence on the Web while referring to respective data held in a database system 19.
