PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a holder for optical parts realizing the simplification of structure, miniaturization in a moving direction and the reduction of parts and the reduction of cost, securing the accuracy of linear motion because pre-load is exerted in a linear motion direction, having high rigidity in a plane direction because one spring leaf is used, made excellent in the reproducibility of positional accuracy in the plane direction by the linear motion, made long-lived, eliminating the need of maintenance care and maintaining initial accuracy for a long time. SOLUTION: The holder for the optical parts is constituted of a rectangular spring leaf whose four corner parts are fixed on a base plate, a pair of U-shaped outside notched grooves formed symmetrically at a part near the outer periphery part except the center part in the right-and-left direction of the spring leaf, a pair of U-shaped inside notched grooves formed symmetrically so that its inside part may be a mounting part for the optical parts at a part except the center part in the front-and-rear direction of the spring leaf at the inside part of the outside notched grooves, a pair of actuating plates whose one end is fixed at the mounting part for the optical parts between the inside notched grooves and whose other end projects toward the upper outer peripheral part of the spring leaf and a pair of axial propulsion type motors mounted on the base plate and respectively moving the actuating plates back and forth in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface of the mounting part for the optical parts.
