PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic reinforcing fitting and an aseismatic construction method using the fitting which has earthquake resistance with the wall magnification of 2 or more while dissolving a defect of not obtaining a number of openings in a wooden building mainly having so-called bearing walls such as wall containing braces and walls lined with structural plywood. SOLUTION: Four vertical and lateral peripheral parts of a long steel plate 1 are bent at right angles, and joints 3 are welded to fix columnar aseismatic reinforcing fittings A1 and a beam-like aseismatic reinforcing fitting A2 to the inside of columns 18 of the opening with coach bolts 19. The structural plywood 20 is fastened to the upper side with screws 21, and the beam-like aseismatic reinforcing fitting A2 is horizontally laid above a lintel 24 and fixedly connected to the lintel 24 and the columnar aseismatic reinforcing fittings A1 with bolts 5 or the like. Claws 7 of aseismatic reinforcing fittings B1, B2 for connecting the column to a sill are inserted in cavities 17 of the sill 15 and a foundation 16 and fixed in this state to the right and left columns 18 and sill 15 with coach bolts 19. Column steel plates 6 and beam steel plates 13 of beam aseismatic reinforcing fittings C1, C2 for connecting the beam and column are fixed to the right and left columns 18 and the beam 22 with coach bolts 19.
