PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a sheet for removing make up cosmetics excellent in retention of water based detergent, having high detergency to stains of make up and sebum staining, where stains are hard to transfer to the back side, and excellent in feeling of use. SOLUTION: This sheet for removing make up cosmetics is obtained by impregnating a nonwoven fabric with a nonionic surfactant and water and the nonwoven fabric is characterized by (a) (1)≥50 wt.% of cellulose content, (2) 20-120 g/m<SP>2</SP>of average basis weight, (3) 3d or less of average fineness of the constituting fibers, (4) the nonwoven fabric obtained by interlacing water flow, and (5) 45% or more of reflectance in dry state. The sheet is excellent in retention of water-based detergent and has high detergency and stains are hard to transfer to the back side and has good feeling of use. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
