PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature curing organopolysiloxane composition which gives a cured material excellent in anti-staining properties. SOLUTION: The room temperature curing organopolysiloxane composition contains (A) organopolysiloxanes represented by formula (1) and/or formula (2) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a monovalent saturated hydrocarbon group; x is an integer of 10 or greater; Y is O or an alkylene group; and n is 0 or 1), (B) organopolysiloxanes represented by formula (3) and/or formula (4) (wherein R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; R<SP>2</SP>is a monovalent saturated hydrocarbon group; R<SP>3</SP>is a monovalent aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group; k is 0 or greater, and m is an integer of 10 or greater, provided 0.2≤m/k+m≤1; and b and c are each an integer of 0 or greater, provided b+c≥1), (C) a silane compound having at least two on average of hydrolyzable groups bonded to a silicon atom, its partial hydrolyzate, or a mixture thereof, and (D) a silane coupling agent.
