PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for easily ameliorating swelling by using an aerosol cosmetic suitable for pretreatment and/or post-treatment of warm/cooling treatment. SOLUTION: The aerosol cosmetic for pretreatment or post-treatment of warm/cold treatment comprises (1) a silicone such as dimethicone, phenyl methicone, cyclomethicone, amodimethicone, a polyether-modified methylpolysiloxane or trimethylsiloxysilicic acid and (2) a 10-24C higher alcohol. Massage is carried out by the aerosol cosmetic as the pretreatment of warm/cold treatment or massage is carried out by the aerosol cosmetic as the post-treatment of warm/cold treatment. The warm/cooling treatment is carried out by a form composed of heating process at 38-42°C and cooling process at 13-20°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
